1. Payment Terms
All services are billed monthly in advance on the 28th of each month.
Payment must be made by bank transfer, debit card, or other agreed method.
Services for the upcoming month will not begin until payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable once the month’s services have started.
2. Contract Length
Services are provided on a rolling monthly agreement, unless a fixed-term contract is agreed in writing.
The Client may cancel services by providing 30 days’ written notice.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel services, the Client must notify the Agency in writing via:

IMPORTANT: Please make it clear in the SUBJECT line of the email that you intend to cancel your payment plan
Verbal cancellations (phone, message, etc.) are not accepted without written confirmation.
4. Notice Period
Cancellations require 30 days’ notice before the next billing date.
If notice is received after the 28th, the Client will be billed one final month before services end. Example: If notice is given on the 30th, payment on the 28th of the following month is still required.
This ensures sufficient time to offboard accounts and complete pending work.
5. No Partial Refunds
Because work is planned and resources allocated monthly, no partial refunds are issued if the Client stops services mid-month.
The Client is responsible for full monthly payment once the billing cycle has started.
6. Late or Failed Payments
If payment is not received by the 28th:
A reminder will be sent immediately.
Services may be paused or suspended until payment is received.
Continued non-payment may result in termination of services and/or legal recovery of outstanding fees.
The Agency reserves the right to charge late fees or interest on overdue amounts in accordance with UK law.
7. Agency Right to Cancel
BallPoint Digital Marketing Agency Ltd may cancel services immediately if:
The Client fails to pay,
The Client breaches the Terms & Conditions,
The Client engages in unlawful, abusive, or unethical behaviour,
Continuing the relationship may damage the Agency’s reputation.
In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
8. Final Deliverables on Cancellation
Once full payment has been made up to the end of the notice period, the Agency will:
Provide any agreed final reports or deliverables,
Transfer access where appropriate,
Remove Agency access from Client accounts (unless continued management is agreed).
9. Changes to this Policy
The Agency reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Clients will be notified of material changes.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
